This kit uses PCR Fluorescent Probe Method to qualitatively detect nucleic acids of 17 human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 53, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68, 73, 82) in specimens of cervical exfoliated cells and genitourinary tract secretions, and can be individually classified for 16, 18, which can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of clinical HPV infection.
